Titled “Jab Cross Slip Slip Hook” (something many of you may be very familiar with), this second-person/submersion narrative explains how boxing is a macrocosm of a chess game and throws you right there in the ring!

Author and professional/tech writer Zachary Zolud confirmed first-hand that MK Boxing was one of the primary inspirations for writing the piece, which was published by The University of Massachusetts Lowell.
