Welcome new instructors

welcome to our team

We are proud and happy to welcome our new instructors: Chris Karras and Justin Piper.

Many of you may know them from working out together or just by a familiar face here at MK Boxing Gym.

Chris Karras will run early morning boxing classes few days of the week.

“…Allow me to introduce myself a little more. I have been given the privilege to run boxing classes few days of the week. I’m 33 years old and live in Woburn. Martial Arts has always been a passion of mine and influences all of us not only on a physical aspect, but also a mental one. I have trained for 8 years in Muay Thai and Kickboxing prior to coming here to MK Boxing. I’ve been a member here at MK for a number of years now, and have found it fulfilling in my life incorporating aerobic and cardio workouts into my boxing drills. Clients of MK Boxing can expect a lot of conditioning, sparring, bag work, focus mitts, boxing combinations and body shield work. Justin has been a member and an instructor of MK Boxing for many years. He has trained in Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai and Jiu Jitsu.
He teaches a combination of boxing, kickboxing and conditioning when he is covering a class. In his classes you can expect a heavy bag workout in boxing and kickboxing combinations, focus mitt training, partner drills and some ring work.
