Strength conditioning is a big part of a boxing training in general and in MK Boxing in particular. Join us everyday at our classes. These classes are intense, high energy and very challenging (of course, not so intense as a strength conditioning exercises of a S.W.A.T team).
By the way, this training routine is a modified version used for the S.W.A.T teams in the western states.
Using these programs may motivate to reach a level of fitness that world class military operators and elite level combat athletes have acquired.
Keep it simple, short and intense and your strength gains will go up quickly to compliment your combat training.
